ABOUT PINK Events

Filippo ioco’s PINK events were created and established by international bodypainter and Fine Artist Filippo ioco in 2005 with its first benefit being “PINK Los Angeles.” As an international bodypainter working with female models worldwide, ioco felt the need to show his support and help in the fight against breast cancer. To date PINK events have been held successfully in Los Angeles, Berlin, Austria and London.

The focus and main goal at each PINK event is to raise funds for organisations within the home country whose remit is breast cancer prevention, support and research, with an emphasis on also raising awareness of this terrible disease.

PINK events consist of artistic exhibitions, cocktail parties, runway shows and galas. Funds are raised through silent auctions, direct sales of ioco’s bodypainting photography prints as well as raffles of various gifts and services. Proceeds raised are donated 100% to the charitable organisation for whom the event is being held for.
